I love this recipe, made it twice now and both times I used my multi cooker, slow cook on low for 8 hours.
I doubled the recipe
The first time I sauteed chicken thighs with skin on , second time without skin , before I added them to the rest of the ingredients, cooked on low for 6 hours, then removed the chicken and took skin and bones out before adding the shredded chicken meat back in with the peas and couscous and cooked on low for a further 2 hours.
I had to add some more chicken broth, (which I had made previously from chicken bones), as the couscous soaked it all up.
It lasted several days , and each day, I just put my multi cooker on simmer to reheat it
