Holy crap, this is amazeballs! I’ve never made fruit salsa before, this is incredible! Wish I would’ve had this recipe when I lived in Asia with badass mangoes, so my mango wasn’t terrific, but everything else totally makes up for it. Do you think you could sub another fruit if mangoes are lookin shoddy? Pineapple maybe??
