Very delicious and all-around solid coffee cake! It had moisture which a lot of coffee cakes don’t. I made this in a 10” springform pan and felt the ratio of topping to cake was not correct. I will make it in a different pan next time.

I made this for my husband today for Father’s Day – legitimately may be the best thing I’ve ever baked, according to both of us! I love how lightly sweet the cake is to balance with the crumble top. The brown butter also adds such depth of flavor! This will definitely be a staple family recipe.

So darn good. Not too sweet and honestly just perfect. Easy to make a baked perfectly in 45 minutes. Husband and toddler approved.

Sorry to hear that! Not sure what might be happening. I do have a recently tested brown butter strawberry coffee cake for which you could easily sub blueberries instead. I’d recommend trying that one!
