Absolutely delicious, and a perfect meal prep salad! I added chicken, used mixed greens instead of just spinach, and used raspberry instead of strawberry jam. Wonderful combination of sweet and salty, juicy and crunchy, and I want to put this dressing on EVERYTHING. Thanks for a great recipe!

Perfect combination for a summer salad! I used goat cheese which added a nice creamy texture and the pistachios give the salad a nice salty crunch. I will definitely make this again!

In this case, by cutting across the top of tge strawberry, you throw away about 10% of each berry. Substantial amount.
