What a delightful baked oatmeal! One of the bests I’ve ever made/eaten! I added 2T of ground flaxseed, and a small handful of dark chocolate chips when I folded in the strawberries, and used a mashed strawberry with 1/2 cup powdered sugar for the glaze (just microwave for 20 secs and stir to help smooth it out) cause I can’t find freeze dried fruits anywhere. Incredible!! Will definitely be making this over and over again! Thank you!!!

Delicious. Subbed in fresh blueberries in the base but kept the strawberry glaze. Also added small handful (about 2 T.) of ground flaxseed to the oatmeal. Sweet and tasty.

This was so good!! My new favorite baked oatmeal. I added hemp hearts and chia seeds for some healthy fats, and drizzled with almond butter as a topping. The almond extract makes it extra special. Thanks Monique!!

Excellent recipe! The brown butter gave a nice, caramel like taste; thanks for the instructions to prepare brown butter. I omitted the frosting and topped with Greek yoghurt and ground flax. A keeper and will definitely make again.
