The honey flavor might be overpowering and honey can tend to burn in the oven, so I wouldn’t recommend it!

Not bad! I was pleasantly surprised by how easy these were and how well they turned out. I unfortunately wasn’t able to follow the recipe as written (I substituted honey for maple syrup and whole wheat flour for oat flour because that’s all I had, I also didn’t have chia seeds or hemp hearts so I used 5 tbsp of flax meal) and it still worked great. They didn’t spread like a traditional cookie, they kinda stayed in the round scoop shape, but flavor was nice, texture was chewy, and overall pretty dang easy! The real test will be to see if my 5 year old will eat them.
