Welcome to June’s AK Cookbook Club! I’m so glad you’re here. A few reminders:
On the first Wednesday of each month I’ll announce a new cookbook recipe from my cookbook that we’ll all get to make during the month. No recipes are off-limits, so get ready to cook and bake every month with me for an entire year! Think of it as a fun little challenge you can do with family & friends, or solo (because you’re ambitious like that!)

June’s recipe: Hot Chile Basil Lime Chicken Burgers
Everyone turn head to page 159 of my cookbook where you’ll find the most most flavorful chicken burgers you’ll ever eat. There are a few super easy ways to make it your own:
- You have the option to grill OR pan fry the burgers for ease!
- Make them gluten-free using GF panko bread crumbs, plus a gluten-free bun or a lettuce wrap.
- Add your fav toppings or use my famous Bangin’ Sauce (page 232) and “The Slaw” (page 206).
