   I made this pesto today for my family (brother, SIL and myself are all dairy-free) and wow, what a hit! I did substitute parsley for cilantro and left out the jalapeno, but everything else was exactly the same. We mixed it with chickpea pasta and toasted pine nuts. SO delicious and creamy – will definitely be making this again! Thanks for another delicious recipe 🙂

   This is my favorite pesto ever. I make it very frequently so it’s always on hand in my fridge. If I’m doing recipes from other websites that require pesto, I’m always using this recipe no matter what. My boyfriend drools at the thought of this pesto! SO GOOD. I haven’t tried it with other nuts besides pistachios, but I bought cashews recently and will be giving it a try!
